These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use a mobile game and decentralized application (“dApp”) built for the Solana Seeker ecosystem. By installing, accessing, or using CoinChomp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use CoinChomp. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the app with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
CoinChomp is a single‑player arcade game that integrates with the Solana blockchain and the Seeker token ecosystem. The app allows you to:
CoinChomp does not custody your tokens, execute trades on your behalf, or provide financial, investment, or brokerage services.
When you connect your wallet to play, we collect and store your public wallet address for account identification only, along with optional usernames and game statistics such as scores and waves reached. Your wallet connection is read‑only — we only access your public address and cannot sign transactions or access your funds.
CoinChomp interacts with the Solana blockchain. You acknowledge and agree that:
We are not liable for any loss of tokens or assets resulting from wallet compromise, user error, network issues, or third‑party service failures.
CoinChomp allows you to purchase cosmetic skins, skins witha score multiplier and other purely cosmetic items using Seeker tokens. All such purchases are final and non‑refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. 80% of revenue from purchased skins may be allocated to community prize pools or in‑game events, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
We do not guarantee the size, timing, or distribution method of any prize pool, and we may modify or discontinue prize‑related features at any time.
By submitting scores or participating in leaderboards, you agree that your public wallet address, optional username, and gameplay statistics (such as scores and waves reached) may be displayed publicly within the app and in related promotional materials. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display this information for gameplay, community, and promotional purposes.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use CoinChomp on your personal Android device solely for personal, non‑commercial entertainment.

We may suspend or terminate your access to CoinChomp if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
All rights, title, and interest in CoinChomp, including its code, artwork, logos, user interface, and game design, are owned by the developer or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
CoinChomp is a game intended for entertainment only. Nothing in the app or related communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should not make financial decisions based on your use of CoinChomp or any in‑app information.
CoinChomp is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that any defects will be corrected.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, tokens, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of CoinChomp.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for in‑app purchases in CoinChomp in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update, modify, or discontinue CoinChomp or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of CoinChomp after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CoinChomp.
